The reason I like this quote is because life is almost like a sport, you are supposed to have fun and work hard at the same. Life isn't always going to be perfect, well life is never going to be perfect that would be a boring life. In sports you can't win all the games and at the end of the day it's not what the score was it is how you played yourself. In life it's hard to control what other people do but you can choose what you do.
